When entering into a Novated Lease with RemServ you have the choice of two maintenance options: Do It Yourself (Self-Maintained) or Fully Maintained.

Want to take the hassle out of maintaining your vehicle? Fully Maintained is for you.

Fully Maintained leases are where we do all the work for you.  You choose the vehicle and we organise the finance, source the vehicle (if required) from our panel of preferred dealerships for a competitive price, and prepare a comprehensive budget for all ongoing maintenance and operating costs to be salary packaged.

One feature of a Fully Maintained lease is that your services are pre-authorised. This means your service bill is paid out of your salary packaging account, eliminating the need for you to make payment at the time of the service. You are still responsible for delivering your vehicle to an approved service centre, however we will look after the rest.

How does a Fully Maintained lease work?

• When a service is due, you deliver your vehicle to the service centre.
• The service centre calls us and seeks authorisation to complete the service.
• Your service is completed!
• You pick up your vehicle and we look after the account.
• The service centre sends the account to us for payment.

This is a simple, no-hassles option available to all novated lease customers.

Additional benefits of a Fully Maintained Lease:

• We budget for you - Your monthly salary packaging payment covers finance charges, as well as amounts for registration, insurance, fuel and some ongoing maintenance
  
• We supply you with a Fuel card to make filling-up easy
  
• We will manage your maintenance and repairs
