Mike Salisbury, General Manager, MBA

Queensland born Mike Salisbury joined RemServ in April 2008.  Mike has some 20 years experience in the financial service sector, including a long career at AAMI, most recently as      an Integration Manager in the merged Suncorp/Promina acquisition.  Since Mike has joined RemServ he has been struck by the similarities between his old company and his new one.  "RemServ is very similar to AAMI in that it is a successful business that is in the process of expansion, so there is great opportunity and a terrifc culture".  Mike is focused on leading RemServ to higher levels of service quality - "we have quality products and a great team,      and we're focused on delivering initiatives, system and process improvements that will enhance our customer's experience."

Andrew Daly, National Sales Manager, BEng

Andrew Daly is the National Sales Manager of RemServ and has more than 12 years experience in sales management.  Prior to joining RemServ in December 2006, Andrew developed his sales management skills in companies such as MBF, AAPT and Optus Communications.  Andrew is an accomplished sales professional with a track record of   success in redefining sales processes and developing sales and marketing strategies that   result in improved retention rates and new business.  His key strengths include coordination, planning and analysis.

Leisa Lance, Delivery Manager, PGrad Cert Management

Leisa Lance is RemServ's Delivery Manager and is responsible for new project and policy implementation.  Leisa has over 20 years experience in customer service and help desk management, seven of which are with RemServ.  She specialises in client relations and program delivery with strengths in government relations and policy development.  She is committed to the importance of providing positive customer outcomes to clients.  Leisa is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration at the University of Southern Queensland.

Simon Haidar, Direct Sales Manager, Dip Bus Management

Simon Haidar joined RemServ in January 2008.  Simon has over 10 years experience in sales with industry background in telecommunications, insurance and financial services.           He has worked for the McMillan Shakespeare Limited group for three years, in this time      holding responsibilities for salary packaging and fleet management.  Simon currently     manages Remserv's Direct Sales Department and is focused on meeting business        objectives and driving team performance to optimise the customer experience.

Fiona Gundry, Customer Service Manager - Administration, BSc, Cert IV FinServ

Fiona Gundry was appointed Customer Service Manager - Administration in April 2007.      Fiona brings more than 6 years experience in customer service delivery specialising in         process design and workflow improvement.  Her experience in this area has led to a      reduction in costs for a number of companies she has worked with.  She is also skilled at developing high performance teams that excel at delivering quality customer service.  Prior to joining  RemServ, Fiona held customer service positions at VitalCall, BOC and Suncorp      Metway.

Duncan Thomson, Customer Service Manager - Contact Centre, Dip.FP

Duncan Thomson was appointed Customer Service Manager - Contact Centre in October 2005.  Duncan joined RemServ with several years of customer service experience, developed through his roles at Citistreet and MLC.  He has worked in the financial services industry for over 7 years and specialises in the areas of customer service and call centre management. Duncan is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers, recently leading the RemServ team to win the Queensland Call Centre of the Year <50 seats Australian teleservices Association Award.

Kate Hamilton, HR Manager, BBus

Kate Hamilton joined RemServ as the Human Resource Manager in March 2007.  Prior to joining RemServ, Kate worked on a number of key human resource projects for companies such as CSIRO and the RSPCA.  Kate is experienced at developing and implementing HR policies as well as negotiating and mediating issues that result in improved outcomes for the employer and employee.  Kate is also skilled at driving organisational and cultural change and has recently driven the recruitment drive to support the continued growth of RemServ.

Nicola Pierotti, Marketing Manager, BA Hons

Nicola Pierotti joined RemServ as the Marketing Manager in August 2007.  Nicola has 6 years experience in marketing, communciations and events and is responsible for managing RemServ's communication projects.  Prior to joining RemServ Nicola has held marketing communication roles with Hays Recruitment, Accor Hotels and Australian Olives Ltd.  Nicola is committed to developing clear communications across the business.

James McAllen, Financial Adviser Liaison

James McAllen joined RemServ in 2000 and has worked in various areas of the business including as Team leader of the Novated Lease team.  With the introduction of the RemServ Register of Financial Advisers support program James moved into the role of Financial Adviser Liaison at RemServ. James has over 15 years customer service experience and is dedicated to delivering the best support and training to RemServ's Registered Financial Advisers and staff. His role now also includes Workplace Health & Safety, Education & Training and Complaints Management.

Diane Stynis, Compliance Manager, BGS

Diane Stynis has been part of the RemServ team since its establishment in 1997.  Her financial services background hinged on 25 years of customer service and processing experience has seen Diane progress within RemServ to her current position as Compliance Manager.  Diane is responsible for ensuring compliance of RemServ's policies, procedures and client reports in accordance with taxation regulations.  Prior to joining RemServ Diane worked in the financial services industry in America.

Robert Colgate, IT Manager

Robert Colgate is the IT Manager of RemServ and has more than 30 years experience in the IT industry.  Robert's broad skill set includes programming and systems development, environmental infrastructure and design, disaster recovery and business resumption.  Prior to joining RemServ, Rob held senior positions with companies such as Toyota Marketing Company, Tongaat Foods Distributors and PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors.
