Please note: the availability of this benefit is determined by your employer and the eligibility for FBT concession status.
Currently packaging - you will need to complete an amendment form and the ANZ care registration form.
New to packaging - call RemServ on 1300 73 66 62 to set up your account over the phone. Please note you will have to complete the ANZ card registration form and supply to your consultant when requested.
