Kylie Pashen, Group Executive Queensland
Kylie joined McMillan Shakespeare Group in 2011. She leads the RemServ business across Queensland and the Northern Territory, overseeing the delivery of salary packaging and novated leasing services and driving profitable growth for these regions.
Kylie has over 12 years’ experience across finance, insurance and contact centre industries, including leadership roles with AAMI and RACQ. She brings strong expertise in client relationship and contract management, business operations and service design and people leadership.
Having held multiple roles within RemServ, Kylie has been a key contributor to business strategy, direction and service delivery, taking on the Group Executive role for RemServ in 2016.

Rob Chambers, General Manager - Sales & Distribution
Rob Chambers leads RemServ's sales and distribution team, overseeing client relationships, new business and the delivery of customer education activities across all areas of Queensland and Northern Territory.
Rob brings over 15 years’ experience in sales and client account management across corporate, government and defense sectors. With a strong commercial acumen, he specialises in contract management and leading strong performing teams to deliver high value client outcomes.

Adam Ross, State Manager - Operations
Adam is a customer focused people manager with 8 years’ experience leading high performing teams within the financial services industry. He is responsible for RemServ’s customer service teams, including Contact Centre, Administration, Process Improvement and Workforce Planning.
The core purpose of these teams is to support RemServ’s customers and under Adam’s leadership they provide friendly, professional and dependable service to assist employees to make the most of their money through salary packaging.
Adam joined RemServ since 2007 and has significant experience across the breadth of the business. He believe success starts and ends with our people, and is passionate about empowering RemServ’s teams through collaboration, support and open communication.

Matt Harrison, State Manager - Fleet and Novated (QLD/NT)
Matt is responsible for the management of RemServ’s fleet team, overseeing high quality service delivery to employees looking to purchase a new car through a novated lease. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders such as linked credit providers, dealer networks and government agencies.
Matt is committed to helping ensure the novated team deliver exceptional customer service at all times. His experience includes 11 years in the finance industry and over seven years across customer service, process improvement and fleet management roles in RemServ’s novated lease team.

Nicola Vogler, State Manager - Marketing Communications
Nicola Vogler joined RemServ in 2007 and leads the marketing and communications strategy.
Nicola has 15 years' experience in marketing, communications and events and has held marketing communication roles with Hays Recruitment and Accor Hotels.
Nicola is committed to developing clear communications for all RemServ customers in order to simplify salary packaging and help employees better understand the benefits.

Ellen Houghton, Contract Manager Queensland Government
Ellen has held a number of leadership roles with RemServ over the past seven years and now holds the vital role of Contract Manager Queensland Government.
In this new role, Ellen will be the catalyst for strengthening the relationship between RemServ and the Queensland Government as she works across all areas of the business to ensure our operations sync with the government contract requirements.
Ellen’s relationship building skills and intimate knowledge of the salary packaging business will ensure that RemServ is servicing the Queensland Government and its employees to the very best of our abilities.
