+This promotion involves RemServ seeking to price beat a dealer vehicle price via a novated lease or crediting you $500 into the Employee’s Novated Lease account (Price Beat Promise). Our Price beat or $500 back applies to employees who have an employer contract with RemServ and settle a novated lease. If we can’t beat the dealer quote via a novated lease we will credit $500 into the Employee’s novated lease account if:
1. the Employee finds an advertised price on a vehicle that is in-stock and available from an automotive dealer in Australia;
2. the Employee provides RemServ with a copy of the valid and current quote from the dealer for the vehicle (Quote);
3. the quote is less than 30 days old and is not a contract of sale or vehicle order already placed with a dealership;
4. RemServ is unable to facilitate a novated lease from its network of motor dealers based on a lower price for the vehicle than that set out in the Quote (assessed using the same make, model, accessories, build/compliance dates, options, and on-road costs as those set out in the Quote);
5. the Employee is able to show that the Quote contains a delivery commitment from an automotive dealer;
6. the Employee enters into a novated leasing arrangement with the quote they obtained themselves, that is less than the quote obtained by RemServ;
7. Some car brands may have set pricing, these brands could include BYD, Tesla and Mercedes. In these instances RemServ will credit $50 to the customer's novated lease account.
8. the Employee works for an Employer that allows such promotions as part of their contract with RemServ.
The account credit will be placed into the employees RemServ novated lease account within 10 business days from the delivery date of the vehicle (facilitated by RemServ) as confirmed by RemServ.
