Terms & Conditions on BYD Sealion 7 $4,000 Cashback Campaign

1. Offer Period:

The Fast-start campaign is only valid for Sealion 7 Premium models ordered between 1 December 2025 and 14 December 2025 and delivered by 31 December 2025.  The Sealion 7 Premium Fast-Start Campaign applies exclusively to new BYD Sealion 7 Premium vehicles.

2. Offer: 

Eligible retail customers will receive a $4,000 Cashback, paid after vehicle delivery is completed. The Cashback cannot be:

• Redeemed for cash at time of order (payment occurs only after delivery)
• Applied as a discount toward the vehicle purchase price
• Exchanged for products, accessories, service plans, or deferred for future use

Offer is independent of other national campaigns unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility:

This offer is available exclusively to retail customers who order an eligible BYD SEALION 7 PREMIUM within the campaign period and take delivery by 31 December 2025.

BYD Automotive cannot guarantee the delivery of any vehicle within the Promotion Period.

The following customers are also not eligible to participate in the $4,000 Cashback Campaign or Fast-start Campaign: Fleet customers, Demonstrator vehicles, Government purchases and rental or hire-car operators.  Any transactions involving additional promotional offers or discounts.

4. Online Ordering:

Whether a customer is eligible for the Cashback Campaign will be determined by BYD Automotive once a vehicle has been allocated to the order placed by the customer. Submitting an order is considered an order request only.

Vehicle allocation is subject to availability, and your eligibility for this offer is not guaranteed until a vehicle has been allocated.

A BYD Product Specialist will contact you to confirm your allocation and eligibility once a vehicle becomes available.

5. Cashback Amount:

Eligible customers will receive a cashback of $4,000, paid directly into their nominated bank account.

6. Application Process:

To claim the cashback:

The application form will be emailed to customers within 7 days of vehicle delivery.

Customers must complete and submit the official Cashback Application Form no later than March 31st, 2026.

If the Cashback Application Form is not submitted by this time the customer will not be eligible for the $4,000 Cashback.

Customers must provide their bank details, including a screenshot of their bank statement clearly displaying the BSB and Account Number as well as account name matching details on customer order.

Cashback payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving all required information.

The fulfilment of all conditions of this offer will be directly between BYD Automotive and the customer.

Cashback fulfilment timing may vary depending on processing schedules. Participating dealers may differ in the administrative process for Cashback submission; the dealer will provide details at the time of order.

7. Forfeiture:

Failure: to submit the completed Cashback Application Form by March 31st 2026, will result in automatic forfeiture of the cashback entitlement.

*All eligible vehicles must be ordered by 14/12/2025 and delivered by 31/01/2026 (unless extended), or while stocks last. Displayed price is only available through a novated lease administered by RemServ. Weekly costs have been determined based on the following assumptions: 1) The lease is a RemServ fully maintained lease, 2) a 5 year term, 3) a residual value of 28.13% of the vehicle purchase price payable at the end of term, 4) Inclusion of finance and budgeted costs for: fuel or electricity, 8 replacement tyres, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration, CTP and comprehensive insurance, 5) Gross annual salary is $90,000 6) Vehicle purchased in QLD, 7) 15,000km per annum, 8) Salary Sacrifice using Employee Contribution Method (ECM) or Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method. The Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method is only used for eligible electric vehicles under the luxury car tax threshold of $91,387. The indicative price quoted for the novated lease is based on vehicle quotations RemServ has received within the last 45 days and does not include any optional extras. Any optional extras that you choose will affect the cost of the novated lease and residual value. If you purchase the vehicle on termination of the novated lease, GST will apply on the purchase price you pay at that time. The novated lease offer is based on the assumption outlined above, and is an indicative cost approximation of the selected vehicle and model shown and the amounts may change at the time the novated lease quotation is completed and finalised. Your individual circumstances have not been taken into account as this will affect the overall weekly cost amount and the benefits of a novated lease. These specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The total amount saved is a comparison between a novated lease based on the assumption outlined above and the purchase of a vehicle and payment of running and maintenance costs using post-tax earnings.
